We had nice 1 day here, the room was tidy and spotless with terrace and comfortable beds plus air con. Even the Santander airport was not so far, 15 minutes drive away.

We stayed at a hotel close to the restaurant Bicicleta and it was a perfect location. It was easily accessible from the motorway and only 30 minutes away from the ferry port of Santander. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The breakfast in the café was delicious with a variety of options. The hotel also had a large car park for convenience.

On the downside, the soundproofing in the hotel was poor and we could hear noise from other rooms which made it difficult to sleep.

The restaurant and cafeteria provided tasty meals and had a bustling atmosphere. the hotel exceeded our expectations and provided great value for money.

Some minor inconveniences included not being able to see the menu of the day and the noise from the windows rattling during a storm. The room also had a strong perfume smell and the bed and pillows were not as comfortable as desired.

I can find nothing that I liked about this hotel.

At the rear of the hotel was a cattle yard which stunk and could be smelt in our room, dated decor, very poor sound insulation from other rooms, noisy, smelt damp, poor lighting. All these things made a very depressing stay.

We had a great stay at a hotel close to the Santander ferry port. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the lovely cafe attached to the hotel. It was also a bonus that the hotel is pet friendly.

That we had a less-than-satisfactory meal from the menu of the day in the hotel restaurant. We later found out that there was an a la carte menu available, which we would have preferred.
